Petals in Bloom is a series born from observing the unfolding motion of petals — their soft lines, directional flow, and fleeting presence. Each piece begins with a slender, stem-like base that gently opens upward, as if blooming into delicate petals.
The base is grounded and stable, expressing a connection to the earth, while the upper form is dynamic and flowing — a quiet moment of nature, suspended between stillness and becoming.
Each piece can stand on its own, yet when gathered together, they form a blooming field — a poetic landscape reminiscent of a wild meadow or a gentle cluster of mushrooms in nature.
Each object is hand-built from natural clay and left unglazed, allowing the raw, honest texture of the material to remain visible.
Every piece is one of a kind, crafted with intention, sensitivity, and precise care.
